We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day following receipt of order, however all orders will be sent within no more than 7 working days from receipt of order. Customers will be notified via email when an item has been dispatched. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for the safe arrival of goods that are not sent via secure delivery. If standard Royal Mail postage is selected by the purchaser, AlcoDigital will not replace items lost or damaged during transit.
The purchaser has the right to cancel within 7 days of ordering the goods. For hygiene reasons a full refund can only be provided if the goods are UNUSED and UNOPENED; the consumer will incur the cost of returning goods. Where the customer exercises his/her right to cancel, payment will be returned to them within 30 days. If an order needs to be cancelled please contact us immediately. Where a customer has requested an express dispatch service, the charges for the express dispatch service will not be refunded once the item(s) have been dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil an order we will contact you with an alternative or you may request to cancel the order. A calibration service cannot be cancelled once the work has been commenced. We will always endeavour to achieve as fast a service as possible so it may be that the cancellation period for such services is less than the 7 days stated above. Once the testing procedure has been completed, failure of a unit to calibrate due to a defect in the unit will not result in the fees for the testing service being refunded.
Faults and Replacements
All goods are certified serviceable on dispatch. Should a unit not be functioning, or be damaged in any way on receipt, the purchaser must notify us immediately on 0208 454 7372. An RMA number will be issued for the return of the product which will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Goods must be returned undamaged in the original packaging with all accessories. Once a unit has been used it cannot be replaced for reasons of hygiene, however all products are covered by manufacturer warranty for 12 months from date of purchase. Users should note however that sensor damage can occur if the guidelines set out in the user guide are not followed, and AlcoDigital Limited cannot be held responsible for damage occurring to the unit through any form or misuse.
This contract is divisible. Each delivery made hereunder: 1) shall be deemed to arise from a separate contract, and 2) shall be invoiced separately and any invoice for a delivery shall be payable in full in accordance with the terms of payment provided for herein without reference to and notwithstanding any defect of default in delivery of any other instalment.
Any complaints should be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavour to answer all complaints within 2 working days and complaints are treated in strict confidence. Once purchased all products/items are the responsibility of the purchaser; the purchaser must be over 18 years of age to complete transactions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
The payment of any customs or import duties which may be levied once the package reaches your country is the responsibility of the customer. Tax-free exports can only be arranged on an order-by-order basis, usually for bulk purchases. Customers should contact us for further details, giving as much information as possibly regarding the order required and its purpose.
